Step #1: Verify your bank details on file
Payments often fail due to incorrect bank account information. Please ensure that your details are correct by following these steps:
On our pro mobile app, please go to "Profile Tab" and click "Payment method", and ensure that your bank account information is correct.
If you are not yet on the pro app, please go to https://pro.patternjobs.com/?cts and verify your information.
Do not use Prepaid Gift cards
We have seen a few Pattern Pros accidentally add prepaid gift cards. We can not send payments to prepaid gift cards, so please make sure to only use a bank account with us.
Step #2: Request reprocessing of the failed payment
After you have completed step #1 above, please reach out to us and request reprocessing of the failed payment. We will help reprocess the failed payment.
