Pattern does not tolerate workplace harassment, discrimination, or racism of any kind. Sexual, or any other kind of harassment from one of our business Partners or a fellow Pattern worker will not be tolerated. We have the utmost respect for our Pattern community and will fully investigate any reported occurrences.
