We're so happy to hear that and are excited for you! However, if work is agreed upon outside of Pattern’s platform or without the Pattern team’s knowledge, then you will not be paid by Pattern or be covered by our insurance.

If a Pattern Partner has extended an invitation for you to work with them directly, please notify a Pattern team member immediately and we will speak with the relevant Partner to sort out further arrangements.
