What happens if a Pattern Pro is late for my shift?

In the unusual occasion that a Pattern Pro is late for a shift, you will not be charged for this Pro until they arrive and are ready to work. Our Customer Solutions team monitors all workers and their status to ensure that they arrive timely. Should a Pro arrive late, please inform our customer service department by contacting your Pattern representative.
