What happens if I need to cancel a booking?

If you need to cancel your booking, please log in to your Pattern account and delete the booking directly on the portal.


If you are to cancel a shift within 12 hours of the start time, you will be charged $15 for each Pattern Pro that was scheduled.


To have the best experience with Pattern and to avoid any unwanted charges, please be considerate of our Pros schedules and commitments to the shift.
