What is Pattern’s policy surrounding illness?

All Pattern Pros are to immediately notify a Pattern team member if they are experiencing any symptoms of illness. They are asked to stay home, monitor symptoms and self isolate for 14 days. COVID tests will be completed upon request prior to returning to work. We also ask that all Pattern Pros read through follow our Pattern Guidelines surrounding these precautions.
